Agnieszka Polańska-Kanka

Agnieszka is responsible for the payroll and human resources services in Poland.

She has an extensive, practical experience in Labour Law, Social Security and Personal Income Tax compliance. She graduated from the Economic University in Warsaw and during her career completed many courses and training dedicated to payroll professionals.

Agnieszka began her human resource adventure with the leading business travel management provider worldwide. She later expanded her career into the international services arena, taking up a managerial position at a leading, independent provider of outsourced management services in the CEE. 

Being with Vistra since 2005, Agnieszka has been building the HR and Payroll Department in Poland from scratch, and she has also been actively developing the client portfolio in all offices in Poland. In July 2019, she was promoted to the position of Director Client Services – HR & Payroll Poland, and she is managing a team of over 50 specialists.

Her native language is Polish, but she also speaks fluent English and German.
