Arash is based in our Frankfurt office and advises as Manager - Business Development, inter alia, clients on the development of market entry strategies and he is also a point of contact for developing new client relationships. In addition, Arash supports the local management in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

Arash has over 10 years of professional experience in corporate finance and worked, inter alia, for Europe's largest technology transfer foundation. Before joining Vistra Germany, Arash was Head of Coverage of one of the leading German investment companies specialized in innovation and technology transfer projects. Arash and his team have successfully advised well-known private and corporate investors as well as startups in the realignment of their business model.

Arash completed his law degrees in Frankfurt am Main and Mainz, specialized in corporate law, comparative corporate law and capital market law.

Arash is a native German and Farsi (Persian) speaker and is also fluent in English.
