Bonnie is the head of business operations, responsible for the development and implementation of the US offices’ operational plan. This includes working towards the creation of operational policies and procedures, seeking for best practices and performing quality review of all client engagements.

In 2000 she began her career in Alternative Investments Service at Bank of New York. She worked as an AVP and supervised multiple large size domestic and offshore accounts. Prior to joining Vistra, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. In this position, she was responsible for divisional financial statements, regulatory reporting and management reports.

Bonnie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shanghai University Business Administration College and her MBA in Finance and Investment from Baruch College in New York. She also speaks fluent Chinese.
