Boryana is a Manager of the Corporate Secretarial Services Department in Bulgaria.
She joined Vistra in 2008 bringing nine years of experience in the area of commercial and corporate law. Prior to joining Vistra she worked as a lawyer in a local law firm as well as in Baker Tilly Sofia as a Corporate Secretarial Services Manager.
Boryana obtained her Master's degree in Law from the University of Sofia and specialised in Banking from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She is a member of Sofia Bar Association and a licensed mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice.
She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
