David joined Legis (now Vistra Guernsey) in 2008 in the Fund Accounting Team. In 2014 he was promoted to his current role of Chief Operations Officer.

He began his career with Ernst and Young in 1994 gaining experience auditing clients across several sectors of the finance industry  before moving to Client Accounting and Trust and Company Administration.  Prior to joining the company David was Senior Manager of Equity Trust (Guernsey) Limited client accounting.

David is an FCCA and has a BA from Leeds University.
