Gonzalo Garcia

Gonzalo joined Vistra in the USA as Senior Director, Commercial bringing over 15 years of experience successfully assisting companies from all origins and sizes expand to other markets, and helping large US multinationals defining winning consolidation strategies that aim to control costs, reduce risks and make their processes more efficient. His understanding of international business and compliance regulations in over 40 countries has been key to the success of his clients in their global expansion aims.

Gonzalo started working in Global Compliance in 2007 helping Spanish companies expand into the US and Latin America. In 2010 he joined TMF Group where he built from scratch a successful service delivery model for one of their largest clients in the Americas and set the standard for the Client Relationship Operational model for the group. Later he went on to successfully rebuild the LATAM commercial team to become one of the top 3 regional teams.

He later joined CT Corporation to build and lead the newly created Global Corporate Segment Business Development team supporting large US customers with their global expansion and consolidation strategies, and in 2020 was called on to focus on Key Strategic Major accounts. His in-depth knowledge and range of experience adds enormous value particularly in support of larger, more complex transactions and client needs. 

Gonzalo is a registered lawyer in Spain with the BAR association in Granada. He completed his International MBA in Florida in 2010 and has received certifications on project management, Six Sigma and other process improvement programmes. 

His native language is Spanish but he is also fluent in English and Portuguese.
