Helen Allen joined Vistra when Vistra acquired the Deutsche Bank Corporate Services business in 2018. Prior to Vistra, Helen was Head of Client Services in the Corporate Services team of Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited since June 2008. Helen previously worked for twelve years as a Senior Vice President at MaplesFS, and prior to that Helen was an Associate Director in the Equity Capital Markets Department of Nomura International plc (London).

She has over 20 years' extensive experience in the offshore financial services industry, specialising in the provision of fiduciary services to investment funds and all types of structured finance entities involved in international capital market transactions, including CDOs/CLOs, securitisations, note programmes, repackagings, structured investment vehicles, segregated portfolio companies, commercial paper programmes and asset financing/asset leasing structures.  She is familiar with Cayman statutory and regulatory requirements and litigation/distressed/work out scenarios.

Helen is a British and Caymanian status holder. She holds an MA in Economics from Queens’ College, Cambridge University.  She is a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority registered director, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association (CIDA) and holds the Accredited Director designation (Acc.Dir) awarded by ICSA Canada.
