Jason was appointed Regional Managing Director of the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Middle East of Vistra in January 2022.

Prior to this role, Jason was the Regional Operations Director for the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Middle East and was responsible for driving the development of the service delivery model in these regions, with a special focus on the transformation agenda for the business. In this role, his focus was on managing our client lifecycle process, to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for clients – from sales to acceptance to service delivery. 

Prior to Vistra, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Jordans by Vistra and a key stakeholder in the successful reorganisation, relocation, and integration of Jordans into the Vistra family.

As a qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the Trust and Corporate Services industry and with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory regime, Jason has extensive experience in running businesses across multiple jurisdictions, most notably in the UK and offshore jurisdictions such as Cyprus, Seychelles, BVI, Jersey and Hong Kong.
