Jeffrey joined Vistra as the Managing Director of the Cayman Islands office in January 2018. He currently leads the team which provides services including the establishment of a broad range of Cayman trusts, corporate and partnership structures; trustee and administration services; and the provision of corporate, individual director and nominee shareholder services.

Prior to joining Vistra Cayman, Jeffrey was an independent director at a multinational fiduciary services firm serving as a fiduciary to investment structures, holding companies, management companies and special purpose vehicles. Jeffrey previously served as Vice President of Business Strategy for State Street in New York and the Cayman Islands in the Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) business from 2012-2014.  Jeffrey also previously served as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs in New York and the Cayman Islands within Goldman Sachs’ fund administration services (GSAS) from 2003-2012 in various progressive roles including Investor Services, Banking and Treasury, Operations and Product Development.  Prior to commencing a career in financial services Jeffrey was Senior Analyst with the Cayman Islands Government’s Department of Tourism.

Jeffrey is an Accredited Director (Acc.Dir.) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.  Jeffrey holds a post-graduate certificate in International Management from McGill University in Canada and an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK.
