Justin joined Vistra in November 2018 as the Divisional Managing Director for Corporate & Private Clients responsible for the overall strategy for Vistra’s Corporate & Private Clients business, including driving product and service development, identifying new greenfield markets, establishing strategic partnerships and leading key account management and marketing execution.

Justin joins Vistra from Link Asset Services where he was the Chief Commercial Officer responsible for the overall strategy and planning, M&A, large ticket (£10m+) organic sales opportunities, marketing communications and new market opportunities. He has held senior roles within Link Asset Services, Capita Asset Services and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Justin has deep international experience across multiple sectors and brings strong expertise in strategy, planning and analysis, sales and growth, restructuring, and M&A.

He has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from University of Exeter and is a member of ICAEW.
