Marc-Oliver is Head of Commercial at Vistra (Germany) and member of Vistra Germany’s Management Board. He is based in our Frankfurt office and is responsible for sales in Germany.

His team is composed of the departments Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales Support and Marketing. The teams are based in Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich and they operate in the entire German market. Before joining Vistra, Marc-Oliver was Head of Sales at Creditshelf AG; the first stock market listed FinTech in Germany offering digital financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Germany.

Prior to that, Marc-Oliver was Head of Deal Sourcing at PartnerFonds AG; a Private Equity firm based in Munich investing majority stakes in German SME. Marc-Oliver gained his masters´ degree at the University of Heidelberg with a semester abroad at the Hochschule St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Marc-Oliver is fascinated in building and developing high performing and multi-disciplinary teams. In addition to that, Marc-Oliver is passionate about sales and utilising his extensive network of Private Equity firms, financial advisors as well as SME and Small-Midcaps.
