Marina joined Vistra as Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer for the Channel Islands business in March 2022, based in Jersey. Marina is responsible for managing and overseeing the client agnostic service delivery teams, change & project management, business management, and facilities team and has oversight of all outsourced business activities. 

Marina started her career at Chase Manhattan in Jersey in 1989 and since then has continued to work for a number of large financial services companies on the island. During her career she has worked in various roles for Asset Management, Funds, Wealth & Investment Banking businesses with a focus on process re-engineering, automations, system implementations and transitioning of business between global jurisdictions.

Marina holds the IoD Diploma in Company Direction, STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, CISI Islamic Finance Qualification, Prince2 Practitioner and is a GDPR Practitioner.
