Michael joined Vistra Germany in 2019 and currently leads the Payroll & HR Services department. Michael is specialised in all aspects of employee taxation, including payroll, expatriate taxation, employee tax advice, social security advice and all forms of employee tax audits, as well as legal proceedings.

Michael gained many years of professional experience in industry, tax consultancy and fiscal administration whilst in roles with the tax department of Ford Germany, covering expatriate taxation at Deloitte, and as a tax officer with the German tax authorities.
                                                             
Michael holds a diploma in finance and is a certified German tax advisor. His native language is German and he also speaks fluent English and some  French.
