Paul began his career in private banking and spent in excess of 9 years with international banking and investment institutions until he moved into the Trust Company industry in 1993. 

In 1996 Paul co-founded Fiduciary Management Limited and developed the business over 18 years, providing bespoke trust and corporate services to high net worth private clients and international companies.  He joined Vistra Jersey as a Director following the acquisition of Fiduciary Management Limited by the Vistra Group in December 2014 and was appointed Head of Corporate Services in the Jersey office in 2017. 

Paul’s specialist areas include; private equity and venture capital, energy and mineral exploration and development, commercial and residential property, shipping, international trading, family estates and family managed business and traded investments. 

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
