Peter joined Vistra in 2017 with the acquisition of optegra. He currently heads the Tax Compliance department and is Managing Director of Vistra Treuhand GmbH.

Peter was a founding member of Vistra Germany's predecessor optegra and optegra:hkkl. He has 28 years of professional experience in domestic and international tax compliance and private equity, and has 15 years of experience in leading the tax department.

Peter is a German certified tax advisor and holds a diploma in Economics. His native language is German and he also speaks fluent English.
