Philip is a partner in Vistra, with primary responsibility for the Sofia office.

He joined Vistra in 2008 and was the founding member of the Sofia office. 

Philip has particular knowledge of the audit and advisory business, as well as investor experience in the retail and property sectors. In addition, Philip is a member of the board of numerous client companies and has a deep understanding of director responsibilities.

Prior to joining Vistra, Philip worked with Deloitte Central Europe for ten years in a regional role.

Philip graduated from the Queen's University in Belfast and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
