Rexella has twenty years of experience in the British Virgin Islands financial services industry including an extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment, much of it gained while working with Offshore Incorporations Limited. She currently oversees the day to day operations of the BVI office.

Over the years, Rexella has attained a Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration, with Merit, from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in International Trust Management from STEP and most recently an International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance with Merit from the International Compliance Association.

Rexella has been approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission as a Senior Officer since 2007, and was promoted to Executive Director on 25 June, 2013.
