Richard is Executive Director with Vistra (Cyprus) Ltd., having worked with Vistra since the acquisition of Jordans in 2017.

With more than twenty years in the corporate, trust and fiduciary industry, Richard brings extensive local and international experience in the structuring and administration of new and existing entities to our organisation. 

Prior to joining Vistra, Richard worked for ten years with a leading service provider in Gibraltar, during and after which he spent considerable time in Spain, Malta and Latin America, before locating to Cyprus to setup a new corporate services operation for his company.

Richard is a full member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP), after having completed the Diploma in International Trust Management, and is an International Tax Affiliate of the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also Advance Certified in Financial Services with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

His native language is English but he also has a professional working knowledge of Spanish.
