Robert is Head of Human Resources at Vistra in Germany and a member of the German management board.
Robert has more than twenty years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources. Prior to joining Vistra, he had worked as a senior engagement manager at a leading consulting firm, and he has also held various positions as an HR professional at leading financial and professional services companies in Germany and for the DACH region, including at senior leadership levels.
Robert studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and holds a Diploma in Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Professional School of Business & Technology, University of Applied Sciences Kempten.
He is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English.
