Sarah joined Vistra as Commercial Director - Capital Markets in April 2018 and focuses on the further expansion of the capital markets business line.

Prior to joining Vistra she was with Intertrust Capital Markets as a senior lawyer for seven years. She has also held positions within Morgan Stanley Real Estate and TMF Structured Finance Services and has a wealth of experience in setting up and managing structured finance transactions.

Sarah holds a masters degree in fiscal law from Maastricht University and has completed various courses on securitisation and structured finance since.

Sarah is bi-lingual and fluent in both Dutch and English. She has a working proficiency in French.
