Joining Vistra in 2011, Simon Morgan is the Executive Director for Private Wealth, where he manages a portfolio of Vistra’s global ultra-high net worth client relationships.

Simon has been in the international fiduciary business since 1982, working in Jersey and the Cayman Islands. He began his career as a Trust Administrator, becoming Head of Business Development at HSBC Private Bank before joining Barclays Private Bank in Cayman as Head of their fiduciary services. Simon relocated to Jersey as Barclays’ Head of Wealth Structuring before moving to RBS Coutts as the Global Head of Trust and Fiduciary.

During 2019 and 2020, Simon was Worldwide Chair of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial Services (IFS) and is listed in Who’s Who Legal as one of the world’s leading practitioners in his field.
