Stella has over 30 years of experience. She worked for 15 years in the shipping industry as the head of the administration department of a leading ship-management company. She is part of the corporate services industry for more than 15 years.

Stella re-joined Vistra in March 2014 holding the position of Head of Corporate where she gradually became the Operations Director.        

Stella gained her corporate experience by working as a personal assistant to the Tax Partner of Ernst & Young and at the same time she was the head of the corporate department of the firm. During that time she had the opportunity to liaise with a demanding portfolio of clients with complicated structures. She was employed by some of the leading administrative service providers in Cyprus and gained additional experience in the offshore corporate companies such as BVI, Seychelles, Panama, Jafza, UAE etc.

Stella holds a degree of Master of Laws in International Commercial Law and has attended a variety of seminars relevant to Cyprus Companies Law, Registrar of Companies, Tax Seminars, Anti-money Laundering, Management & Control.
