Steven van Tuijl was appointed Vistra’s Regional Managing Director, Continental Europe in May 2021. 

Steven brings almost 20 years’ experience in management, sales and turn arounds. He joined Vistra after 10 years in ADP, the global payroll service provider, where most recently he was the Managing Director and General Manager for ADP’s Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic businesses, which employ 1200 people. He has also held various leadership roles in operations, client services, and business development for ADP’s Swiss, Iberian and Polish businesses. Prior to ADP, Steven developed two business practices for PageGroup in Switzerland.

Steven is a proven leader in business transformation, change management, and value creation. He is passionate about managing high performing teams and leading by example, and believes that diversity in all its forms enriches the entire organisation. From a business performance perspective, he firmly believes in unleashing the power of data and using technology as a key strategic driver to achieve success.
