Tomas is a partner in Vistra primarily responsible for Prague and Bratislava offices. Additionally, he is a member of the board of numerous client companies.
Tomas joined Vistra in early 2011 and was the founding member of the Prague and Bratislava offices.
He has valuable experience in audit, due diligence, strategic and corporate finance, as well as in consulting and lecturing.
Prior to joining Vistra, Tomas worked for PwC on various assignments and later he held the position of a Financial Manager in McDonald's overseeing Czech and Slovak operations.
Tomas graduated from the State University of New York in Business Administration. He is fluent in Czech and English.
