Uri joined Vistra in May 2017 as Commercial Director & Head of Israel Desk where he is responsible for driving growth in the Netherlands Corporate division.

He has vast experience assisting corporates that need help to set up and run overseas operations with particular focus on companies active in the IT & Tech, Life Sciences & Health, Chemicals and Energy sectors. His clients range from start-ups to public companies.

Furthermore, as Head of the Israel Desk Uri acts as the linking pin between Israeli companies/entrepreneurs and the 45+ Vistra offices globally. 

Prior to joining Vistra Uri has been providing tax advice and conducting tax related proceedings as a tax lawyer for PwC in Amsterdam and various boutique (tax) law firms, focusing in particular on advising privately-funded companies such as family companies and their shareholders, Israeli companies with activities in the Netherlands and innovative companies with the potential to expand.

Uri was part of the sports team at PwC and provided tax advice to sports federations, football clubs, player agents, international football players, coaches, stadiums and organisers of international sports events.

He holds a master’s degree in tax law from the University of Amsterdam. His native language is Dutch but he also speaks fluent English and Hebrew.
