Alan joined Vistra in February 2020 and currently heads up the international legal services division of Vistra Corporate Law.

Over a career spanning over 20 years, Alan has developed extensive experience advising a diversified and extensive client base engaged in a broad range of cross border transactions, particularly focused in the offshore legal space.

Alan’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, listings, banking and structured finance, liquidations, re-organizations as well as general corporate governance and regulatory issues. He has worked with leading financial institutions and law firms together with public and private companies on transactions across the globe. 

Alan is admitted as a Solicitor (England and Wales), Solicitor (Eastern Caribbean) and an Attorney and Notary of the High Court of South Africa

His native language is English but he can also speak conversational Afrikaans.
