Andrew joined Vistra in Autumn 2019 as the lead of its International Indirect Tax Advisory Services.
He began his career in indirect tax with HM Customs & Excise (now HMRC) in 1986 based in its Cardiff office. From 1996 until September 2019 he worked for a number of the Big 4 professional firms and before joining Vistra Andrew spent more than 5 years with the largest independent VAT practice in Wales.
Andrew attended Swansea University and gained a BA in Geography. His native language is English.
