Based in the UK, Bill advises clients across a range of global mobility and tax issues. Bill also leads Vistra’s employment taxes practice.
Prior to joining Vistra, Bill was a Partner with PwC for a little over 10 years and, amongst other roles, led the HRS team for the south – east of England, delivering services around Global Mobility, HR, Tax and Pensions and Reward consulting. Before that, Bill was a Partner with Andersen, also supporting major organizations around Global Mobility and tax. Bill started his career with the UK tax authority (HMRC).
Bill qualified as an Inspector of Taxes with HMRC and is also a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
