Dana joined Jordans Corporate Law Limited in September 2013 prior to Vistra’s acquisition of the Jordans Group in December 2016.  She is currently a Senior Associate, Solicitor within the law firm and is an integral part of the Middle East Desk based in the UK.  

Dana’s career in the legal industry, started in insurance, working predominantly on contract disputes and insurance litigation.  She has more than 10 years’ experience in the employment law sector having previously worked for international firm DAC Beachcroft.  Dana regularly advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters to support clients from SMEs to large MNCs as well as ambitious start -ups.

She offers pragmatic and tailored advice for businesses. Dana’s broad understanding of the wider Vistra services, alongside her employment specialism, makes her perfectly placed to advise clients looking to expand in to the UK and ensure that their businesses are fully compliant from the outset.  Dana’s recent focus has been helping to create the Middle East UK inbound desk. 

Having studied for her LL.B at Nottingham Law School, and her Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies at University of the West of England, Dana is a qualified Solicitor called to the roll in England and Wales, and holds a current practicing certificate.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Law Society for England and Wales.
