Debbie is Head of Legal & Regulatory Services leading Vistra’s Legal Advisory & Services globally and creating Vistra’s strategic response to regulatory change.

An experienced solicitor with more than 20 years' corporate law experience, Debbie’s career includes 10 years in the corporate and private equity teams with Eversheds LLP, an international law firm, in the Cambridge, Paris and London offices. Here she focussed predominantly on mergers, acquisitions and MBOs.

Debbie created Vistra Corporate Law, a law firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the UK providing bespoke legal business solutions to its clients, and has been working on a global roll out including BVI, Germany, Netherlands and Singapore. Through this unique structure, and through Debbie’s leadership, Vistra is able to provide legal services directly to its client base.

Debbie also spent three years on the senior management team as Head of Legal for Vertex Financial Services, a  regulated BPO backed by US private equity. She led the teams through many bolt on acquisitions and eventual sales of their main divisions; whilst working closely with the relevant regulators.
