Dujuan joined Vistra in 2018 when she practised in Vistra Corporate Law, a licensed law firm in the UK, as a commercial solicitor. Relocating to China in 2020, Dujuan now provides offshore corporate and fund clients with legal/regulatory advisory and solution services. Since joining Vistra, Dujuan has been heavily involved in or leading several major global projects including EU substance, CRS/FATCA and GDPR /data protection.  

Before joining Vistra, Dujuan worked in a legal consultancy firm where she supported the legal in-house teams in a Big Four accountancy firm in London and a global top 3 software company.   

Dujuan holds a LLB degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and a master degree from University of Bristol. She is a solicitor in England & Wales as well as a qualified lawyer in China (currently not practising). 

Her working languages are English and Chinese (Mandarin).
