Mr. Edmond Chiu currently serves as the Head of Corporate and Fund Services at Vistra Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience in the company secretarial field, and has been a Fellow member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in the United Kingdom as well as a Fellow and Council Member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”, formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries), FCG (CS, CGP), HKFCG (CS, CGP)(PE). Edmond is also a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement Certificate issued by HKCGI, and has been a vice-chairman of the Membership Committee and chairman of Professional Services Panel of HKCGI.

Edmond obtained a bachelor of arts from University of Toronto in Canada and received a master of arts in professional accounting and information systems from City University of Hong Kong.
