Gaetan joined Vistra in 2020 as European Head of Tax and Regulatory services.

Gaetan has more than 16 years’ experience in corporate taxation and regulatory compliance, including tax and regulatory reviews, accounting tax, litigation, controversy, and tax and regulatory advice on current business issues. In prior roles, he was responsible for the development and the management of Direct tax, Indirect tax, FATCA/CRS and Transfer Pricing/CbC practices, together with Regulatory Risk Management services and newer regulatory requirements such as UBO Register, MDR and ATAD. He has extensive working experience with large multinational and PERE groups operating in various sectors.

Gaetan is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a specialisation in tax from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, and in business administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He is of Belgian nationality and speaks both French and English fluently.
