Jason's career began with a Solicitors practice in 1989 and then moved to Coopers & Lybrand spending 2 years operating in the finance team, leaving to join Jordans in September 1992.

Jason primarily worked in company formations, initially UK entities for domestic clients and then in the trust company business from 1996 to 2017 heading up the corporate and trust planning unit.

As a result of Jordans joining the Vistra group in December 2016, Jason became the Head of the Company Formation Centre of Excellence business unit within the Corporate Services business of Jordans Limited, handling new UK and offshore incorporations for the professional, corporate and private markets. Additional provision of guidance and support to both professional and private clients in relation to the implementation of new structures with bespoke service facilities for tailored transactions/requirements. The Formations Centre of Excellence can also assist with the provision of a dedicated Agent for Services of Legal Process facility offering.

Jason is a board member of the Association of Company Registration Agents (ACRA) who are the industry's only representative trade organisation.
