Magdalena is a Director at Vistra Poland primarily responsible for big international portfolios of clients and cooperation between various jurisdictions to provide cross-country solutions.

She joined Vistra in 2007 and during her career she held various roles within the organization, including being an outstanding Accounting Manager for many years. Magda managed the process of implementation and certification of internal control and assurance procedures, thanks to which in 2019, Vistra Poland obtained ISAE 3402 Type II certificate. Over the years, she has also been involved in many initiatives related to social responsibility and education, including long term cooperation with one of the best ranked financial universities in Poland.

Magda has over 20 years of valuable experience in the area of accounting, financial reporting and international taxes. She is involved in the business planning and execution of many transactions in the real estate sector, private equity sector and monetization of the high-value assets.

Magda graduated from the University on Warsaw and also completed CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting. She is fluent in Polish and English.
