Stefano joined Vistra as Business Unit Director of Regulatory Services for Vistra Netherlands in August 2016, following Orangefield and Vistra’s merger.

Stefano spent the first eight years of his career at ABN AMRO Bank, Corporate Banking Department and then joined ABN AMRO Capital, the Private Equity arm of ABN AMRO Bank. At ABN AMRO Capital he held various positions as Investment Manager supervising a diversified portfolio of direct investments as well as investments in third party managed funds.  In 2007 Stefano coordinated the spin out of ABN AMRO’s private equity group into AAC Capital Partners and the subsequent fund raising process, through a stapled secondary transaction. Stefano was the Fund Operations Director of AAC Capital Partners, supervising all the funds administration, reporting and regulatory activities until January 2012, when he joined Orangefield as Managing Director responsible for the Fund Services department in Amsterdam. Stefano was responsible for the Private Equity Business Unit which includes fund administration, depositary services and trust services to Private Equity owned SPVs for a combined assets under administration.

Stefano has a Master’s degree in  Business & Economics from the Sapienza Universita di Roma and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Istituto Superiore Di Azienda.

His native language is Italian but he also speaks fluent English and Spanish.
