What makes working at Vistra unique?  

The people. 

Before joining Vistra, I didn’t have prior work experience in a large global firm so was unsure what to expect. Since I joined in June 2018, what’s struck me most are the people and our culture. I am fortunate to work alongside colleagues who always support each other and this really motivates me in my role. I’ve also recently travelled to Asia and had the chance to meet and work alongside colleagues from offices including Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. My first-hand experience has shown me that Vistra colleagues across the world have the same authentic, open and supportive style, no matter where they’re from. 

How have you grown and developed at Vistra? 

It has been a great experience working at Vistra and I have progressed quickly in my career. I joined Vistra in June 2018 as a Senior Administrator and since then have been promoted to Assistant Manager in November 2019, then to Manager in May 2022. I am now working towards my next goal to become a Senior Manager. With each new role, I am empowered with new responsibilities and opportunities to continually grow and learn.  

What Vistra value resonates with you the most?  

Working as ONE Vistra. Vistra has a diverse and supportive culture which is motivated to work and collaborate as ONE Vistra team. The new CEO, Simon Webster, is a positive change and I know that 2023 will be a good year, both for colleagues and the organisation as a whole.
