Victoria is a Director, Solicitor and heads up the Employment, Commercial and Regulatory teams within Vistra Corporate Law.
Victoria has specialised in Employment law for 20 years and advises on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including advising on business reorganisations, executive severances, employee relations issues, drafting contractual documentation including bonus and commission schemes and advising on the TUPE implications of outsourcing and business transfers.
Victoria leads a unique blend of lawyers who combine technical excellence and commercial awareness. We are passionate about delivering client service excellence and the best solutions for our clients.
We act for clients across the globe from a wide range of sectors including hospitality, construction, tech and real estate.
Victoria has a Masters in Law from Bristol University, a BA in English from Bristol University and a post graduate CIPD level 7 in Human Resources.
