Wojciech is a Client Services Manager responsible for gaining new business opportunities. He joined Vistra in 2007 as a corporate lawyer. Thanks to his attitude and strive for excellence he worked his way up to become a Manager in the Corporate Secretarial department.

Wojciech has extensive experience in commercial/corporate law, civil law, assisting multinational clients to expand their businesses in Poland, including setting up new entities and selling shelf companies, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, restructuring and liquidations.

Wojciech obtained his master degree in law in 2004 at the Catholic University of Lublin and master of laws - LL.M (in international commercial law) degree in 2020 at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

His native language is Polish, but he is also fluent in English and speaks some German.
