Slovakia is an attractive country for foreign investors mainly because of its low wages, low tax rates and well educated labour force. In recent years, Slovakia has been pursuing a policy of encouraging foreign investment.

Vistra Slovakia was established in 2013 in Bratislava. In November 2014 the company was acquired by the Vistra Group and its core corporate services business was merged with Vistra expanding its footprint into the CEE region.

The company pioneered shelf company services in CEE and has helped over 2,000 businesses enter the CEE region, many of whom retain its services for company administration, management reporting, accounting, payroll and local compliance.
